Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 10-day Kwinatrition plan is the lowest-cost way to try Kwina. For all plans, the following applies (clause 10 of our Terms & Conditions):

Subscription fees, consultation charges and other Service charges are non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable law or expressly approved by Kwina. The cancellation and refunds for any payments shall be on a case-to-case basis. Please write to us on support@kwinawellness.com.

The applicable plan, price, subscription period and payment terms will be shown before purchase. A User is responsible for applicable taxes, if any, unless otherwise stated.

Asking for a refund or cancellation

Write to support@kwinawellness.com from the email or phone number on your account, with the plan you bought and why. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
