Everything you might want to know about consultations, your Nutritional Analysis, diet plans and ongoing support.

What will I eat?

We take into account all the types of foods that you enjoy and the nutrients that your body needs to find the perfect combination of delicious and nutrient-rich meal plans — which wouldn't even make you feel like you are ‘on a diet.’

What will the diet consultation be like?

Your first diet consultation will be a detailed consultation with your nutritionist, where they understand your health needs, lifestyle preferences and ailments, and then chalk out a nutrition plan of action. A Nutritional Analysis (to know the intake of nutrients from your current diet), a 10-Day Diet Chart with guidelines and recipes, and a Recipe Book will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

What is Nutritional Analysis?

Each nutrient plays a vital role in our body, and women have varied vitamin and mineral needs through the different stages of life. The RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowances) for different life stages for women are set by the ICMR to assure normal functioning of the body.

Once you share your diet recall with your nutritionist, your details are assessed and your nutritional analysis is prepared — telling you your intake of 15 nutrients and whether they meet the daily RDA or not.

What are the 15 nutrients assessed in the Nutritional Analysis?

  3. Total Fibre
